At Ekstedt, everything revolves around fire. Since opening in 2011, the restaurant has become known for its unique approach to Nordic cuisine—where traditional techniques meet bold creativity, and every dish is cooked over open flames. Led by Head Chef Florencia Abella, Ekstedt continues to evolve with the seasons, offering a sensory dining experience rooted in nature and craftsmanship.
We accept reservations three months in advance and will release the tables one day at a time. If your preferred date is fully booked, please sign up for our waiting list, and we will contact you if any table becomes available.
Dining with us, we kindly ask for three hours of your time. For your information, we are a cash-free restaurant.
Due to the nature of our dining experience and limited space, we are unable to accommodate children who are not able to enjoy our full degustation menu. We do not offer a separate children’s menu.
